Shipping Timeline

Here's how your order journey looks from confirmation to delivery:

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. Our shipping partners include trusted courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post.

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate for orders below ₹499
• Free Shipping: On all orders of ₹499 and above
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for ₹99 (2-3 business days)
• Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on your location
• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad)
• Remote Areas: 5-8 business days (Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar)

Order Processing Time

We take pride in quick processing to get your order to you as soon as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday
• Peak Seasons: During sales and festive seasons, processing may take 2-3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• SMS Alert: Shipping confirmation with tracking link sent to your registered mobile number
• Email Update: Detailed tracking information sent to your email address
• Track Online: You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website
• Courier Partner: Tracking updates available directly on the courier partner's website

International Shipping

We are currently shipping only within India. International shipping will be available soon!

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions:

• PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
• Military Addresses: Currently, we do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO).
• Restricted Areas: Some remote areas may have extended delivery times. Our courier partners will inform you of any delays.
• Fragrance Products: Due to airline restrictions, some fragrance products may have limited shipping options to certain regions.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Damaged Package: Please refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged. If already delivered, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
• Lost Package: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building security.
• Contact Us: Email hello@ladymine.com with your order number and details. We will initiate an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund.
