Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt is required for all returns
  • Original Packaging: Please include original product packaging and any accessories
  • Fragrance Products: Due to hygiene reasons, fragrance products must be unopened and seals intact
